From exotic fruit filled pies to childhood favorites such as strawberry shortcake – everything I’ve had has been truly delicious! The ingredients are always fresh and the flavor profiles are so well developed. I can taste to flavor of the toasted nuts used as garnish on a pie or the fresh pineapple used between fluffy layers of a pineapple upside down cake. It’s hard to describe the taste of his desserts because literally they don’t compare. I have had the best dessert I’ve ever eaten from the bakery of Deliciously Decadent! In addition to the taste, the desserts are beautifully decorated making them almost to pretty to eat –almost. The hardest thing is deciding what you’d like to order!”

Derek was able to accommodate my tight timeline and was an absolute joy to correspond with. The bread pudding was some of the best we have ever had, my Dad was absolutely thrilled and my family is still raving about it.
